Celebrating Bella's and Lia's birthdays — a beachfront luau at Black Rock with sunset, the cliff-dive ceremony, buffet, open bar, and the fire-knife finale. The girls' most-wanted night of the trip.
Arrive at the texted check-in time (usually ~4:45 PM)

The day's tight but doable. If Costco runs long, skip a pie variety at Leoda's — protect the luau check-in. You can always top up groceries at Times Supermarket (across from the condo) later in the week.

Lahaina — Historic Banyan Tree (please read)Optional
Lahaina's beloved 150-year-old banyan tree survived the 2023 wildfire and is slowly recovering — a real symbol of the town's resilience. Important, as of 2026: Banyan Tree Park and the Front Street historic core are still closed to the public for recovery. You cannot walk up to the tree, and the county asks visitors not to drive through the burn zone to view or photograph it. The respectful way to see it is from the water on a Lahaina Harbor boat tour. Please follow all posted signage and barriers — the community is still rebuilding.
The tree is alive & showing new green growth — a symbol of Lahaina's resilience
Park & Front St core are closed — no walking up to the tree, and don't drive through the burn zone
To see it respectfully: a Lahaina Harbor tour (snorkel sail / sunset cruise) views it from the water
